Je m'assieds sur le lit et trois latte se cassent, j'ai donc soulevé le matelas pour essayer de réparer, et c’était très sale, la chasse du WC coule toute la nuit, l'isolation phonique est inexistante, j'avais l'impression que les voitures rentraient dans ma chambre. Après 19h, impossible de rentrer seule dans l'immeuble il faut sonner au concierge, qui ne m'a absolument pas répondu au matin.

Don’t go! Skanky, no one there to let me in or register me, even though I booked well in advance. I will seek a reimbursement or tell my bank to challenge the charge. No one returned my call while I waited and so I walked about two blocks to the Warwick, which was an excellent experience.

lamentable.
J'ai annulé cet Hôtel après que mon fils pour qui j'ai réservé m'aient envoyés des photos qui parlent d'elles mêmes. Après contact avec les services d’hôtel.com, je les remercie pour leur réactivité pour que nous n'ayons pas de frais à payer. Je pense que cet établissement doit être prudent et simplement retirer le la liste d’hôtel.com;

Peu mieux faire.
Côtés négatifs: Apparthotel un peu vieillot,un coup de peinture serait bien. Côtés positifs: Tramway proche pour se rendre en centre ville,commerces,quartier calme et tranquille.

Shabby but well-located
The staff were agreeable and did their best. And it is clear that certain improvements have been made over the years to this now rather shabby 1970s building. But lighting was poor (globes missing). Wall tiles were not clean in the kitchen and bathroom. Internet was so weak as to be non-existent. On the plus side, this is roomy for the price and really well-located for access to Brussels south.

If hotels are full, apartment hotel is good option
This was a very good alternative to a traditional hotel, particularly considering it was a mere 2 star.(There was little available because of a big EU conference). Sizeable room, clean bedding, decent carpet, lots of channels on tv (if you have the time), underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen area (maybe as a result of pipe-work running in the right place, but it was a nice surprise), decent central heating (the room was warm even when there was snow outside), good sized fridge, microwave and toaster worked etc. No noise from neighbouring apartments. Decently served by tram service and a large metro grocery store just outside. Down points: hotplate light came on but I couldn't get it to work; bath water took long time to escape. Location felt safe, but not central so may not suit everyone.

Could not check in: reception room was closed on weekend. DESPITE A RESERVATION !!! Phoned several times but no answer. Took an other Hotel.

Apartament to spore naduzycie w tym przypadku. Pokoj glosny, obok maszynerii windy, sprzet majacy juz swoje lata, niedzialajace zelazko. Generalnie - nie polecam.

Decent stay, helpful concierge/reception
Apart Hotel is good for short or long stays if you want to self cater. Only negative is that the rooms are smell of cigarette smoke.

Nice appart-hotel
Nice appart hotel. Do not expect as much services as you could have in an hotel but rooms are big and equiped with a small kitchen.

Not very clean, toilets were not cleaned only the beds were made. I chose a room to the back of the building, they still gave me a room to the street side. Toilet was so small that I could not close the door.

In the real city
I was looking to expand my knowledge of Brussels beyond the tourist traps. Eurostar being delayed, I had to abandon my planned walked along "Louisa", but the aparthotel still gave me the ideal combination of being close enough to the central parts of Brussels for me to walk - in half an hour - or go by metro or tram in fifteen or twenty minutes.

Номера чистые. Замена полотенец каждый день. Количество полотенец соответствует требованием к классу отеля. Большое подспорье - личная миникухня с двухконфорочной электрической плитой. Рядом находятся два сетевых супермаркета, можно закупать продукты и готовить самостоятельно - весь необходимый набор кухонной посуды имеется. Для не желающих тратить время на готовку - в распоряжении несколько кафе в шаговой доступности. Отель находится довольно далеко от центрального вокзала - 20-25 минут очень быстрого шага, но при наличии рядом трамвайной остановки это не выглядит значительной проблемой.

horrible smell
This cheasy shabby place smells as if it's never been cleaned since it was build: the floor looks horrible, every inch is smoked up with cheap cigaretts. They don't have non-smoking rooms at all - despite all the lies at their page: all they can offer you is to use deodorant to try to mask horrible air. Oh, and it's impossible to open the windows as well - better bring your own gas mask before checking in.

Not a good place to stay for the price
Though the location is a major advantage, this hotel does not have any better rooms. Rooms are pretty old styled and can see wires dangling from one end to the other. Doors and cup boards are worn out. Not a good place to stay.

Avoid at all costs!
I haven't seen anybody at all at reception at any time, in the evening or the next morning. The room was dark, shabby, with stains on the carpet. I found used syringes (!) in the nightstand drawer, medicines and other stuff I don't want to know... I really want to forget everything about the night I spent there!

Un Désastre
Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche après-midi. Nous n’avions pas été prévenus que la réception était fermée le week-end. Il fallait donc avoir un téléphone pour appeler le numéro mentionné sur la porte, à utiliser en cas d’urgence... La personne à l’autre bout du fil était en fait le gérant qui nous a indiqué que notre clé se trouvait dans la boîte à lettres xxx . Mais pas de clé dans cette BAL, incrédule il a fini par se déplacer pour constater les faits et nous ouvrir la porte une heure plus tard. La chambre au premier étage sur rue était très bruyante, le lit incomfortable, un seule porte manteau, une télé qui ne marchait pas bien, une bouilloire qui ne fonctionait pas comme la lampe de chevet, et un manque de vaiselle et couverts. Le lendemain, après nos réclamations, nous avons pu déménager dans une chambre au 4me étage, donnant sur l’arrière. Plus calme et mieux équipée avec bouilloire, micro ondes et télé qui fonctionnaient mais avec un réfrigérateur qui dégagait une forte odeur de poisson pourri qui empestait la chambre chaque fois qu’on l’ouvrait, sans parler du lit qu’il a fallu déplacer pour pouvoir fermer la porte de la salle de bains... Durant notre séjour de huit jours, le service a été minimum (pas de changement de serviettes) d’autant plus qu’il y avait un long week-end pendant lequel tout le personnel était absent et durant lequel la chaudière est tombée en panne. Aucune chance que nous choisissions ApartHotel Wellington pour un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

Pas de service le week end
L'Apparthotel est à deux pas d'un arrêt de tram et de deux superettes. Situé au 6ème étage, le studio est très clair et dispose d'une bonne literie. L'équipement laisse à désirer. La vaisselle est incomplète et il manquait la cafetière (le personnel a pu nous en fournir une). Pas d'eau chaude le samedi matin !
