The structure is quite in line with the price you pay even if there are some inefficiencies, but they are mostly negligible.
Unfortunately the air conditioners went out for a whole day and with the window closed but letting in strong drafts of wind the room was very cold.
Luckily, after some insistence, the reception managed to contact the technician who remedied the problem with electric radiators which alleviated (but did not solve) the problem.
We appreciated the commitment, less the spontaneity of the intervention, even less the result.
Luckily the following day everything was restored, but neither the structure nor Expedia proved to be really useful: many nice words but you keep the problem and zero discounts on the price to accommodate us.
Honor to the technician that she was the only person capable of truly empathizing with our problem.
