Nice hotel close to town, with nice little restaurant in the lobby. Easy to get around town from. Staff was helpful in letting me change rooms when the wifi wasn’t great in my first room, which I greatly appreciated. Sofi at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful in answering questions and offering advice.

Excellent staff and location, poor rooms.

Excellent staff, customer service and location. Let down by dated building and rooms. Carpets were past their used by date and dirty, bathrooms were in terrible condition, again requiring renovation.

Room is clean but quite run down, TV has a very small screen, only has 2 channels and not displaying images clearly. There is WiFi but signal is weak inside the room. We have no idea there is no toothbrush, toothpaste or slippers provided, so had to go barefoot and sleep without brushing teeth since no shops were open late at night! Receptionist also refused to provide more bottles of water in the morning of the day of check out. The good things are (1) breakfast cafe served really good chicken rice, (2) hotel provides free airport shuttle till 9pm each day, and (3) late check-out till 1pm is allowed.

The appartment, bath and kitchen was very dirty and we got sick. The staff was nice. The area feels unsecure, lots of wild dogs barking and screeming at night so we had a bad sleep. We will never go back and dont recommend. Family (4 persons) from Denmark

Things that i like is the location. It's within walking distance to the main attractions. Staff is kind and rooms are spacious. Didn't like...elevators were under repair, yet they gave us a room on the 4th floor. Moldy smell from the stairwell and paint falling of the walls. Building is old, needs lots of renovation. Bad odor coming from the sewer pipes. WiFi is terrible. Either getting disconnected or constantly lagging. Breakfast is very simple. The worst part about my trip was although they offer free airport service, i was charged $60 US dollars to be picked up from the airport. The hotel is only a 20 minute drive from the airport. When i asked for an explanation. I was told free service only applies if I go from the hotel to the airport. This makes absolutely no sense. Free airport service means free airport service. Will never stay here again

Staffs are nice & friendly Lobby & hallways are clean & nice Room is very bad looking not meeting the hotel standard, I will consider that is motel Towel & shower curtain look very gross & dirty very old, toilet looks dirty & tank handle is broken Fridge is definitely gross, i don’t dare to put my food in used the fridge, smells & dirty Internet is very poor connection when i have to work on my computer Overall with the price I pay, i can’t complaint too much.

市街から少し離れて公共交通機関は届きにくいが、Grab使えば全く問題なし。寝るには十分という方であれば、近隣ホテルに比べコスパ良いです。徒歩圏内でレストランありますし、雨でも1階の店が2030までやっているので安心です。
