El hotel es muy bonito. Aunque las habitaciones no son las más amplias en Brujas, definitivamente tienen una decoración unica y agradable. Las vistas desde las habitaciones dan paz y la zona donde se encuentra es en el corazon de brujas. Esta un poco retirado a pie de la estación de trenes pero hay autobuses o taxi para llegar mas comodamente.

This is a lovely, upscale hotel, a little off the tourist areas, but very walkable. Staff was extremely helpful. Our only bump was that the bar service was not top-drawer.

Lovely hotel with fantastic city views from our room. Quiet, very close to the centre and superb breakfast and bar food. Very attentive service - would highly recommend.

Ein schönes Hotel sehr gut gelegen man kann Brügge zu Fuß erkunden. Restaurant hat Sterne Niveau. Bar Top Gin Tonic. Personal sehr hilfsbereit gibt Tips für Essen und Trinken. Ein muss den ältesten Pub besuchen und das Restaurant Den Gouden Karpel

Five minutes walk to the nicest square in Brugges. Beautiful and clean hotel. Quiet for the most part. The wing of my room was next to a street and a garage so the noise was continuously.

Good for relaxation stay. Quite and Private Property but still close to every thing. Breakfast also good.

チェックインの手続きをして、待っていても呼ばれる事がなく、後から来た人が部屋に案内されていたので、こちらから部屋への案内はまだかと問い合わせたら案内された。 疲れてたので、案内するならちゃんとして欲しかった。

We were clearly given the worst rooms staring at another building's green mold covered tin roof. It was made clear that we booked with outside people, meaning Expedia. There was no one to park the car, the key did not work and had to be replaced, there was no signage in room to call front desk and I had to go downstairs again, towels and amenities were not 5 star, and overall, I felt we were treated differently. Prices were also lower than what we had paid on Expedia.

Our second time staying at this amazing hotel. The hotel itself is stunning, room was very comfortable. The staff we found really helpful and the breakfast was fantastic- a great way to start your day. Another plus is the location, right in the centre of Bruges!

C est une mixture entre excellence et honte envers un hotel qui se donne 5* sup.. On fait bcp des hotels 5* dans le monde et ici c est avec des sentiments de rage...Meme si on a pris "que" une chambre standard on s attend à du luxe...salle de bain défectueuse avec moisissures dans les joints , serviettes manquantes, produits d entréede gamme etc...evier bloqué ( réparé le lendemain mais tous mis dans le wc et laissé comme ca...dégueulasse)...pas vraiment qqu on attend d un hotel de standing...climatisation bruyante et meme en position 0 pas à eteindre...apres deux jours la demande si on veut une autre chambre pour la derniere nuit...oui...et oui la ok on sent les 5*...mais bon...normalement faut aussi dans une chambre standard la qualité de tout! Heureusement le service bar et restaurant est à la hauteur....point positive...autrement manque de voiturier etc....à notre avis 4* pour cet hotel et pas plus

Es un hotel hermoso solo que le falta un poco de atención y servicio al cliente. La persona que nos llevo el equipaje al automóvil no metio un paquete y se perdió, hasta el dia de hoy nadie nos a dado respuestas, salimos el dia 26 de diciembre de la habitación 414. Fuera de eso es un gran hotel sin ninguna duda, lo recomendamos. Con el tema de mi paquete espero que alguien responda.

Fijn hotel gelegen in het centrum van Gent. Een tip, zet als je met de auto komt de navigatie naar Moerstraat 25, Brugge, België, daar is de parkeergarage. Anders heb je kans dat Google je door de winkelstraat stuurt.
