Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich, dasFrühstücksbüffet war klasse. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Alles zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Hinter dem Hotel ist ein Privatparkplatz für Gäste buchbar. Alles top, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location, a 5 minute walk to the main square. Nice bar. Loads of restaurants nearby. Quiet. Does breakfast, but we didn’t try it.

Good hotel at a great location for the centre of Bruges. Hotel parking was a bonus though only a few spaces so need to ask in advance. Bedroom a bit dated, pillows awful. Bathroom modern and clean.

Stop scrolling. If you are going to Prague this your only choice. Amazing hotel, team and facilities. Litterally across the road from the centre of town. Honestly cannot rate this place more highly

Lovely boutique Hotel
Wonderful hotel in the center which was beautifully themed for Christmas and added to the great feeling we had in Bruges. Very clean room and lovely beds.

Very nice hotel with very helpful staff. They were more than happy to arrange a taxi for us when leaving and stored our luggage on either side of our trip. We did find our room could have done with a slightly deeper clean (such as drains and under the bed) but the daily clean and refresh was very good. The breakfast was very good, with a large selection of continental options and hot items. The hotel is literally a 3 minute walk from the main square with great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is very well located and the rooms are a good size. The bar and breakfast options were very helpful and we used them a few times. Staff were very pleasant and the location cannot be beat.

The staff at Acacia was fantastic, caring, and attentive, and going the extra mile to help us after our carry-on bag with MacBook and IPad had been stolen in the train to Bruges. During our 3-week stay in Europe, this was by far the nicest hotel and the best experience we had, the service was beyond perfect. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location is perfect as well, very central, but in a quiet, non-touristy street. Will definitely come back!

Loved the hotel and the staff was great. Location was perfect to walking everywhere, and the hotel parking lot was convenient. Highly recommed the hotel, BUT, the only problem was the WiFi - it was slow or nonexistent. Gave up trying to connect. The manager told us that they are aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

Perfecte locatie, hotel zag er van buiten goed uit, alleen de kamer had allerlei gebreken. Wasbakken en douche verstopt, ontzettend veel muggen op de kamer, heel de nacht op jacht geweest omdat we niet konden slapen van het gezoem. Daarnaast was de airco kapot en werd het erg heet op de kamer. We konden niet boven de deken slapen vanwege de muggen. Ook rook het niet erg fris op de kamer, alsof er gerookt was door vorige mensen.

Alojamiento en una ubicación magnífica. En un radio de 10-15 minutos de todo lo que se debe visitar en Brujas. Todos los servicios necesarios están cerca, como restaurantes, cafeterías, bares y supermercados. Es más bien un sitio de 3 estrellas que de 4.

Lovely surprise
Charming hotel in the middle of Bruges. Large room with a generous bathroom and a wonderful bed. All the modern conveniences. You even get a private patio with a small table and chairs. Couldn't have asked for a cleaner or nicer place. An outstanding value!

Hotel top locatie, balie medewerkers heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Enige punt is de douche, als je de vaste douche aan zet dan spuit het water uit de cabine en is de vloer helemaal nat. Ontbijt ook een aanrader al zou ik grote croissants en pain au chocolate aanbieden, maar heel lekker.
