The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. We had drinks on the terrace, sat in the dinning room at a window that opened onto the canal, and had nightcaps in the library. The woman who was running it was friendly and helpful.
