"I didn’t know what the Wi-Fi password was and it wasn’t that big of a deal because I was really in my room however maybe have it to someplace more obvious for future guest."

"The room was actually nice condition but the furniture was older and the sofa had big water stains on it"

"Warm welcome, clean and freindly"

"Had a great time. The place was situated close enough for us to enjoy the Stratford festival, it had everything we needed including an amazing restaurant with delicious menu."

"If you are checking in after 10pm, press the buzzer on the left wall. You may have to wait a bit if the only person at the front desk is dealing with someone. Plenty of signage advising you of what's happening in the hotel, but there is no indication of where these things are happening. Other than that, this was a a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Oh, and the bar closes at 10pm, even on a Friday. Makes no sense at all."

"Great view, clean and comfortable. Be sure to read the parking instructions carefully. Not close to food stores so be sure to get your groceries in advance."

"Breakfast was punctual and supply was excellent. Our room was very clean and well supplied. We enjoyed visiting the area and returning to this hotel."

"Breakfast was terrible, room was okay! The sauna is broken and locked up, and the pool is in a very wide open area with glass walls, like you’re in a fish bowl. The staff also were vacuuming at 5AM in the hallway."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Easy to get to, and surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the highway! We were attending an event at a nearby venue and opted to stay here due to the price. We felt that it was very good value for our money, even without a complimentary breakfast. There was fruit-infused water available in the lobby as well as free coffee in the morning. We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was clean and well-appointed. We will definitely stay here again...
