"Great stay, very nice hotel. We enjoyed the very large private porch. We weren’t able to reserve a dinner even with several tables available through the evening. Was told breakfast wasn’t included even though it was with Expedia reservation. Had to request they look that up. Regardless, it’s a great place to stay right in downtown. We’ll reserve again."

"Wonderful hotel that is walkable to everything in downtown Blowing Rock. Property is new and very clean. Plenty of parking on site. They even offer earplugs (we didn't need them), eye shades, a steamer, and phone charging plugs built into the lamps. "Our room was very clean. Decor is mountain cabin rustic. Bathroom was very modern. One problem. Our room had a window on the door and the outside lights were too bright for sleeping. We had to cover the window with a towel. To that effect, I will say that the outside area is very well lit and we felt secure. The grounds were a bit dirty. "This is a very well-maintained older property that is convenient to central Blowing Rock. You could park here and enjoy the town without driving. Although close in, it was quiet. The manager was very attentive and helpful in making suggestions for dining. The room was fairly small, but neat and clean. It's not fancy by Blowing Rock standards, but it had everything I needed.
