"Staff great on arrival and location is brill for Chester town centre. All public areas are really well looked after. Breakfast was good with hot buffet food although would have liked a little more choice of fruit not just peaches and grapefruit. Room was just what we needed overlooking the canal, ..."

"Good hotel let down by poor external appearance ( poor maintenance) and slow service in the restaurant. Clean and pleasant room . Modern bathroom comfy bed . Coffee was not good at breakfast . Reasonable tariff. I would stay again however"
