"Everything was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The only thing with the room was the shower curtain was too short so water was getting everywhere. "

"The Cork Factory is one of my two favorite hotels in Lancaster. It’s unique, away from the center of town but close enough to everything. I look forward to seeing the same front desk people, no matter what time I check in. There’s absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel."

"Started out in room 234 and the tub was dirty and there was a used bar soap on the tub. They came promptly and cleaned it up though. Later, water was leaking under the sink when we turned the faucet on. They moved us to a new room 228. Everything was fine in the new room except the shower. Water was streaming out from the pull-knob that starts the shower. "
