"I've stayed at the property before. This time I had a larger room with a better view. My stay was extended and I was appreciative I could stay in the same room. The breakfast is a great part of the mornings here. It is a full hot breakfast with a variety of choices. The location is central to where I could meet up with relatives and enjoy the sites. The only caveat is my room was near the staircase and for some reason the cleaning staff used my floor and that nearby staircase constantly. So...

"For an executive suite a small microwave should be expected. Otherwise, all nice."

"The hotel looks nice from outside but it is really run down. Nobody seems to be cleaning the common areas and the rooms an also not well cleaned. The elevator is cracking. The lobby/bar area seems abandoned. Not recommend this place."

"The room was clean and ready for early check in. I did not eat the breakfast, but I did check it out while I was getting my coffee. It looked very good and it was so much more than the usual continental breakfast at most places. The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and it was clean. It is also conveniently located close to Coney Island Beach but out of the hustle and bustle area."
