"Holiday Inn Downtown Brooklyn exemplifies cistomer-centricity at its finest. Alvero, the front staff welcomed us exceptionally well and was so professional and so accommodating with my requests! Room is clean. Crisp sheets and clean restrooms! The air conditioning system is in superb condition alao which I appreciate so much! Thank you Keep it up!"

"The stay was good except for the fact I was on the 5th floor which is the same as the lounge. There was so much noise and commotion that it was hard to sleep until that closed. If you want to rest, don’t stay on the 5th floor. Other than that, the stay was great."

"Good location and within walking distance from the train station. The rooftop bar is not always available, as it is rented out for private events. If you're on the top floors, there's a great view of the city. It would have been nice to have a buffet sort of breakfast included as part of the room billing"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently close to a subway stop. I asked for a room facing the back of the property because I had read in other guest reviews about the train noise. They honored that request. The neighborhood is lively, and therefore a bit noisy, but it didn’t prevent me from getting a great night’s sleep. I would stay here again."
