As the front desk clerk was handing us our keys, she said we weren’t able to give you the type of room on your booking. No apology or compensation. "

"Hotel is in a nice part of Brooklyn with lots of food options. Unfortunately on Friday and Saturday night there is a music venue next door that goes until 3:00-4:00 am so sleep was difficult those nights"

"We loved this hotel. Super friendly staff - every single person! Rooms smartly designed with all the things, pour over coffee set up, microwave, fridge, cool books, great design throughout. Great art throughout the place, great location, could go on and on, but we are definitely coming back. Had friends stay the same weekend and they felt the same. Nicely done folks."
