"Not enough towels, shower set up was odd, half a door resulted in water all over the bathroom floor. Had to fight with the Kuerig coffee machine to get it to work. I tripped on the carpet at the front door, no one even looked up from the reception desk to see if I needed assistance. Good location, tho."
