"The only reason this Hotel is still in the business is because of the staff. Danny, one of the front managers definitely makes up for a lot of the shortcomings from the Hotel. Kudos to Danny. Shoomi, the bell desk gentlemen is also very helpful. "

"Could have been cleaner. One elevator was out of service. Staff was nice. Location is good, not great. Shower was odd - by design there is no door so it is partially exposed. Bed was comfortable and it was quiet."

"I booked for a 2 night stay. The bed was so hard i thought of leaving on the first night. The second night was hard as well. Other than that the stay was okay bare bones, but good shower."

"Great location. Basic clean safe lodging. Some confusion with the Expedia reservation at check in. It seemed they were aware of communication issues between the two systems. Resolved ok, but no apologies.... Our room was efficiently laid out. That is to say no wasted space. Or much room to stretch. Coffee, fridge, sink etc a nice touch Bathroom tight. TP holder was trying to leave the wall. Must have been noticed by the maids as the roll was swapped. But it remained needing attention. Water could have been hotter. Shower head was wonky. Towels were few, small, and not very plush. Bed linens were fresh and the bed made fresh during our week's stay. But unless one is under 5' tall you will need to untuck the bottom to cover your shoulders. ATC, we would probably return."

"Fabulous location right next to the ferry to Manhattan for a quick jump over to the Financial District. Nice area to wander around and grab a bite to eat. Views are insane. We went to the rooftop restaurant for the skyline views. Food was decent but atmosphere was the showstopper. Would stay again."
