"Saw cockroach in the bathroom and called the front desk
And The guy said someone will come by but that never happened
Took a video and photo of it as proof
Will not recommend this hotel if I have to pay over $200 for a night with cockroach in the room.
Probably the whole hotel are infested with cockroaches "

"Don't believe this picture. The room was too small and my bed mattress made a noise. The balcony was so close to the next room that I was constantly on edge in case something bad happened. And I kept smelling like cigarettes. The color of the sink was milky, so I bought water from the mart and used it. I woke up early in the morning and checked out because it was so uncomfortable. But what made me even angrier was that when I got home, I looked at the mail and found out that my credit card paid $00.00 for using red wine and arlo slides. I'm a person who is allergic to alcohol. And I don't even know what that wine looks like. And I carry my own sildes with me every time I travel. Also, I don't know what your sildes look like. So I called the information desk last night. The staff didn't even apologize and just said that they would refund my money. I can't trust your staff. So, I asked them to send me these refunds in my mail and they asked me if I needed the mail. Isn't it obvious? He said he would send me the mail in 5 minutes. You need to train your staff. Don't charge the customer for the mistake of the staff cleaning the room. Tell me if you don't believe me. I go on a trip and always take video clips of my accommodation. I looked it up this morning and of course there were video clips and neither slides nor wines anywhere. I still feel really bad."

"Reception staff were amazing (Thank you Ki!). Hotel is on a junction so a little noisy but nothing major. Breakfast every morning has a good selection and coffee is available all day. Really close to 2 subway stations and easy to get everywhere. Would recommend!"

Nova Hotel Brooklyn

"I booked the junior suite with the large balcony on the second floor & the property staff put me in a much smaller room on the third floor. When they were told of their mistake, they told me to contact Expedia for any issues, concerns, or refunds. When i asked for a receipt that reflected the room in which i had to stay, they told me the receipt will look like the one i received from my booking, even though i never stayed in that room. Their towels & washrags were heavily stained. When house keeping was told, they brought new towels that were still stained. The mirror in the bathroom was broken & swinging loose. Now the property staff are trying to give me the run around on my receipt, telling me they have to make a receipt & that I’ll get it via email within 24hrs. I told them i need that reflected in writing because i have no guarantee that that email will be sent. They told me once again they need to contact their manager. "

"Liked the location of the hotel, convenient, safe, quiet.
The room feels comfortable, of good size, especially the bathroom.
Gym is big with plenty equipments, runners, bikes, climbers,etc.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. "
