Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is clean and quiet. Had a restful sleep, bed is comfortable. Appreciate the dining area and fridge with freezer. Toilet seat is bigger than needed, making it difficult to close bathroom door. Bathroom fan is loud. Would stay here again.

Loved that it was centrally located in Brookings. Basic room mostly clean. But the bathtub was not. We did complain upon checkout and manager was very nice and we were compensated. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

We booked for two days the room was cute and comfortable. At 11 we got a call that said check out is at 11, I said we are here for two nights. Turns out they booked us on two different rooms so ended up having to move, I was not happy. The manager felt bad but said their hands were tied.

This is an older place but it was clean. There are only three rooms upstairs and I got one which I really liked. It seemed a little quieter and more private. I even had a little view of the ocean. It's not fancy and I'm rating it based on similar motels.

Very good location, clean, very comfortable bedand pillows, great water pressure, instant warm/hot water, wonderful friendly helpful staff. Vintage atmosphere but bathroom needs updating. Note: I did tell the delightful receptionist, Keurig type coffee absolutely needs to be replaced!! It is awful tasting. In my brother’s room the machine did not work.
