"Great location right in the heart of Cork, easily walkable to all the shops, restaurants, bars. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bath and mini-kitchen were extremely well-equipped and modern (high-pressure showerhead, nice rosemary-mint bath products stocked, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware and serve ware). "I stayed at the property for 2 nights. Check in process was excellent. Able to do most of it online and then just pick up keys via kiosk when I arrived. The room was not as expected, partially due to an error on my end during booking, but Victor at the front desk was able to assist me with the room setup and amenties in a timely manner. He was helpful, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. He also provided some suggestions for dinner which we took and thoroughly enjoyed. The room itself...

"The hotel is nicely located as you can walk to most of the attractions from there. We really loved the River Lee view from the room. We did not take part in the breakfast but we did have dinner in the lounge at night and the food was delicious."
