Room was small and very tight with getting around the room as the Double bed filled the room up. Shower had mould on the bottom half ..."

"We liked the old fashioned grandeur of the place although the halls and doors could probably do with a spruce up. The room was quite large, clean and comfortable with tea and biscuits. The restaurant and bar looked quite nice but we didn’t use them. We thought the breakfast was a bit expensive at ..."

"Lovely spa, but housekeeping needs improvement Overall, we had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the spa facilities. The hotel has a lot going for it and we had a relaxing time. "I was very impressed with our room. It combines the original historic building with modern conveniences and comfort. We had the room by the front door, so we did hear when it opened and closed, but overall, the room was quieter than many I have stayed in."

"Well equipped apartment in a fabulous location. The only suggestions for improvement would be a new mattress- springs could be felt through the bedding and ideally a more comfortable sofa. Communication with the owner was excellent. All in all we had a lovely stay and would book again."
