"Clean room great rate"

"Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling."

"Everything was great at this property, except the Internet. The Internet was fairly slow, especially on the TV. While watching various shows, we kept getting the dreaded spinning wheel."

"This was our first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The pool was dirty, breakfast was cold, and the juice machine was out of service. There was even a rat trap with peanut butter next to the fridge, which was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty as well. We were in town visiting our son at the Air Force base, and this stay really put a damper on our trip. Hopefully, if we ever choose to stay here again, the experience will be much better."

"Numerous issues. The water in the shower couldn't get hot, it was luke warm at best. The tap in the bathroom also had barely any water pressure, maybe a pencil thin stream, that also wasn't hot. On top of that, despite being in a non-smoking section, everyday coming back to the room, the entire floor would smell like cigarettes. The lights in the room were all different colors"
