"We had a lovely weekend at The Red Lion. The staff were incredibly helpful both ahead of and during our stay, and the pub food and breakfasts were very tasty. Our room felt a little dated and in need of maintenance in places, especially in the bathroom, but it served its purpose for our stay and we would be happy to go again."

Big issue for us was already we have a claim from ParkingEye for a parking fine for an in and out on Friday 6/24 around lunchtime, obviously a scam since we arrived 6/21 and left on 6/26 as scheduled and the car details were in your system for all other in and out journeys without issue. "Very dirty and disgusting. Hot as hell which seems to be a theme at hotels in the area. I'm itching just thinking about our stay. Heat makes the room unbearable, I spent more time at the air conditioned Morrisons down the street than Idid int the hotel, (thanks to Morrisons for not charging me for loitering). Just an old dirty box they call a hotel with pictures that had to have been airbrushed because even AI would have a hard time making this up. The pictures fooled me don't fall for it."
