Great view from balcony, everything you would need for a self catering holiday. Really good as a base as the main harbour is a short walk away and the Breakwater cafe is even nearer. If you are looking for chic designer decorated rooms forget it, if you want a comfy sensible base with a very helpful owner then this is the place. Yes you can see the building is older in places but overall it represents excellent value for money and a great place to stay.

Property is in an Ideal location with fantastic sea views, the apartment was spotlessly clean with all the amenities you need for self catering. The main town was approx 15 - 20 min leisurely walk away with plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. It was a pleasure to stay here and would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment.

Absolutely brilliant stay at Devoncourt. Spotlessly clean apartment with all the facilities you need. Great location. Walls are a little thin so if you are sensitive to noise bring earplugs. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

The apartment was absolutely superb. Exceptionally clean, full size fridge, cooker, microwave etc. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Beautiful views. Excellent location (just 10mins walk to the harbour). Free parking also a bonus.

Weekend break a family of 3

Our stay was lovely the apartment was clean everything we needed…we even had Netflix which made a wet evening enjoyable binge watching a series.. the views were amazing Rob was really helpful & polite, Just one little niggle the mattress on the double bed wasn’t the comfiest, But wouldn’t put as off booking & staying there again :)

Excellent location but could be cleaner

On entering the property there is an unpleasant musty damp smell. Not the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed and quite cobwebby but the bedding was clean and bed was comfortable. The location is perfect for the harbour view.

The view and location was amazing and the welcome was good. The internet was poor, I never got it working adequately. The conditions mentioned paying for towels, linen and a coin operated electricity meter, which didn't happen but detracted from the stay.

Spartansk lejlighed, men der var alt hvad man havde brug for. Veludstyret køkken, fantastisk beliggenhed og super smuk udsigt. Sød vært, som delte mange gode råd og udflugtsideer. Lidt udfordringer med vandet når man tager bad, men som sagt lejligheden fungerer uden den store luksus.

Perfect for a family holiday

We've stayed at apartment number 4 and it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday in the Torbay area. Accessible to a lot of fishing spots and tourist attractions. Amazing views from the balcony. Looking forward to book again in the future.

Fantastic place and location!

Me and my son come to brixham every year because we are keen sea anglers and the location was perfect Rob that runs it was a lovely bloke and nothing is too much trouble we will definitely be rebooking!
