Extemely disappointed, a tired ,dirty apartment, stains on the carpets and rugs, filthy balcony, decking and glass, paint flaking odd in areas, window and door mechanisms not working correctly resulting in an oven like apartment with no fans! Broken units in the fridge and an awful smell! Shower didn't drain properly so you had to keep turning the water off to allow it to drain so the water would'nt overflow! certain ysb staff talked the talk , but couldn't walk the walk, when it came ro complaints and rectifying them!we were told cleaners were not available to clean our apartment! However when we refused stay for the duration of our stay the cleaners turned up immediately !!! No way in the world this is a superior apartment and no where near worth what its being sold at until its had a huge makeover!
No immediate parking available as advertised had to go to a local NCP car park for £25 to cover the parking for the stay wasn’t overly happy with this but it’s life
This was a clean modern apartment which benefits from being in a central location in the city.
The kitchen is small but has all the facilities you’d need to cook for a small group and both the en-suite and main bathroom are a good size with decent showers.
Beds were comfortable and both room had reasonable storage space.
We had a travel cot with us for a toddler and it was a bit of a squeeze getting it into either room but we managed.
The experience was trouble free and YSB communicated well throughout.

Highly disappointed
The parking situation is horrible. Wrong parking fob included in ckeck in packet. Then they gave way our parking space to someone else. We were forced to park in another lot. We were given a fob for the front door, of the building. nice but we were told in the instructions to use code that worked sometimes. No one is available to come to property after business hours. We were assured a call form management... got a call from here home and didn’t know any details and promised a follow up email. We have received nothing. I had to make and receive many international phone calls.
The property had a couple of unusable power outlets. No storage except for closets
Great apartment in a fantastic location. With the great weather the apartment was very hot but apart from that, I cannot fault it. Would recommend and stay there again.
Flat was clean and comfortable, and easy to access with support with setting up the required credit card deposit. Surrounding area has a lot to offer and accessible from Temple Meads station. Would definitely stay again

Liked: Cleanliness
Very clean, flat is centrally located and convenient situated in a quiet street.
Overall very good. The flat was spacious, well equipped and spotless. Great location. Remarkably quiet for city centre. Restaurants and bars on the doorstep and a small Sainsbury’s just round the corner. The kitchen has everything you could need. I would certainly book again.
Few very minor issues. The bed was too hard. I had trouble with the initial access codes but phoned the “helpline” and was answered promptly and all sorted. After that you get a key and key fob so no problem.
Also be aware this is not a serviced apartment or apart hotel. It’s in a regular residential block of flats. So there’s no daily cleaning and no staff on site. The fact you are left undisturbed is a bonus in many ways, but just worth knowing.
Ottimo appartamento, vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse di Bristol.
Funzionale e veloce il check in & out.

What we did not like is that we normally run out of hot water, and there is just 3 persons using.I have to wait for an hour to have hot water to be able to take a bath.
Great accommodation and location. However if you are on a self drive holiday the parking cost is exorbitant and the car park is not suited for big cars. We found that our allocated parking bay was constantly being occupied illegally and the agent was not able to resolve the problem other than to provide other parking bays which did not suit the size of our car.
On business for 5 days/4 nights and decided on an apartment instead of a hotel. I was a 5 min walk to the office, parking on site and all the facilities needed. Definitely worth the change of scenery.
A beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, spacious apartment right in the heart of Bristol city centre. Would have got 5 stars across the board had it not been for the very complicated access arrangements (a code to enter, then a code for a safe with the keys, and another code to access the car park and bins). I was afraid of locking myself out and there is no reception desk. And the only lift was out of service throughout my stay. No fun hauling luggage up four flights at my age. And the three small steps at the main entrance (white marble floor) are very deceptive (they need lines painted on them) if you don't have perfect vision. I slipped twice on my way out. Go for the adjacent ramp.
