No communication as tried to contact about late check out. Didn’t answer phone calls or respond to emails or respond to the online request. Place was a decent size and location wasn’t too bad. Needs more maintenance and freshening up.

Good location in the centre of Clifton, however very noisy with poor windows and sound insulation from the road and adjacent compartments. Extremely soft bed which may be suitable for some but we found very uncomfortable.

Easy access and clean throughout. Large studio with all you need for a night away. Clifton Village right on your doorstop. Although parking underneath the apartments, this is for only 6 cars so we were unable to get a space. It would be difficult to get a space on a weekend I would imagine. Parking available in the neighbouring streets where available.

The apartment was clean and functional and the location is handy for Clifton. The pre-registration process seemed to include unnecessary information but was relatively straightforward. The room had a funny smell, like mothballs, which was quite over powering, we assumed it was to cover a less pleasant smell. Keeping the windows open helped but then made it cold, of course. However, overall, the apartment met our needs, was clean and had sufficient space. It was really just the smell that has dropped it a star.

Although the building is in an amazing location, the apartment itself it is a lot smaller than pictured. Was all I needed which was great, but, the walls were dirty and chewing gum on the window seal. Also did got two single beds put together instead of an king size. I was constantly falling in between the mattresses. Apart from that it was a nice experience and the staff were very helpful.

Sadly after I left I noticed, I'd left an item in the bathroom, i immediately notified the property, it took 3 days to respond to inform me that they couldn't find the item???? my belief is the item was stolen.

Recommended for longer stays

Perfect for a couple of days stay in the area. All the amenities you would expect to be able to cook for yourself and a tesco just 2 minutes walk away. Very close to Bristol city centre with good bus connections.
