"It is pretty difficult to find and a bit of a trek from the airport if you are arriving via public transport (access on foot is via unlit country lanes) and there is no signage. Google maps takes you down a bridleway to the former entrance which is now closed off. "

"I selected the hotel because they offer courtesy transport from the airport. It was not available. I made seven calls to the hotel. None of which were answered. I paid for a taxi and no-one was manning the reception. Eventually someone turned up and explained they were extremely short of staff. Checked in and found there was no food available. They suggested ordering food in. No local restaurants would deliver. The management need to be aware of this."

"The rooms were clean but there was no housekeeping available during the three nights of our stay. We had to ask for more milk and tea which was not a problem. No breakfast was available, but dinner was. This was of good quality for the price. The rooms are slightly tired, but probably suffering from lack of use during Covid restrictions.
