"Appeared updates have been attempted but not quality. Owner very friendly. Vending machine broken. Ice machine on the second floor. Traffic noise."

"The employee at the front desk was awesome"

"Very clean, comfortable beds, great shower pressure. Staff were very nice. I don’t eat breakfast decided to sleep in."

"The hotel room we were to stay in at the Comfort Suites Abingdon was disgusting and a health threat. The room had a dead cockroach in the corner, a bunch of food crumbs along the bed frame edge that were molding, some dirty crusty white streak on the bed skirting, and worst of all, mildew growing up the sides of the bed side table. "The room was clean, well appointed with everything you'd want in a motel room. Very nice."

"Check in lady was helpful and very friendly. As soon as we got there the elevator was broke down, stuck on second floor. She was trying her best, running back and forth up the steps to fix it. No luck on that. We were only on the second floor, so not so bad getting up to the room. Well….obviously nobody looked at this one....

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."
