"Very welcoming. Felt like staying at a friend or family members home. Very polite and respectful staff. Close walk to village for any supplies needed, and plenty of restaurant choices. Love the out door veranda and comfortable lounge deck chair. Plenty of space so not to feel on top of each other. Comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated. I will stay again when I’m in Ashgrove."

"Great location. Quick, short walk to the mall with supermarkets etc. Apartments had good car parking and room was a good size, with small balcony. Superficially the room was clean and tidy but there were stains on bed, curtains and carpet. The bedside cabinet drawers and door frames were quite unpleasant. Water pressure was just enough. I was visiting friends nearby so the location was great for me and the room was adequate as I really only needed somewhere to sleep, otherwise I wouldn't...

"The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, hot water kettle and dishes. The room was clean and also had a washer/dryer in the bathroom which I loved. We checked in after hours and had limited interaction with the staff but the few times they were friendly. The only thing that I noticed that could have been better is the carpet in the hallway from the elevator to our room appeared to have not been vacuumed while we were there. "Very cute hotel. I arrived late and self check in was easy. They also left instructions for a place to eat at 9:30 pm which was great. The hotel is on a busy road but I never heard the traffic. There restaurant opened early which was great (6am) as I had an international flight to catch."

"The room could benefit from a bit more TLC. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor felt plain, which didn’t create a very homely atmosphere. The lounge area also felt a little bare. There were also some issues with the TV not connecting to YouTube and difficulty using the television overall, along with intermittent WiFi connection problems."
