"Outstanding stay and staff were excellent. A bit of a wait on room service for breakfast but outside of that could not fault anything with the accomodation. Was a fantastic stay with amazing views of the river and Southbank. Highly recommend"

"Nice hotel"

"Very well located and serviced by a council-run free bus with a stop across the street to get you to the Queen Street Mall."

"So handy to everything. Yes property was older style but was clean and comfy and suited us perfectly being in the centre of Brisbane."

"เป็นโรงแรมที่สูงที่สุด ใน brisbane แต่ ได้ พักที่ชั้น 2 มันไม่ได้ชมวิวอะไรของแม่น้ำเลย"

"We appreciated the self service laundry and they were so sweet acknowledging our honeymoon at check in and accommodating us getting our room a tad early. It is a wedding venue so if youre there on a wedding weekend expect a wait for the elevator, potentially some loud noise, and you have to utilize a paid carpark."

"veey friendly staff."

"Fantastic all around. Rooftop pool was awesome."

"Excellent hotel - something a little unique. Well located, friendly staff and great breakfast. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful stay. The first hotel I’ve stayed at for ages that actually delivers 5 star service. Room service meal was excellent, and the restaurant was able to cater to my gluten free dietary needs. Beautiful room, and very quiet. The perfect place to unwind after a busy day."

"Just an overnight stay and the room was very tidy and presented. Staff were very helpful as I had an early departure and explained what I needed to do. Very central to CBD with shops very close."

"Lovely polite, professional and welcoming staff who were very helpful when ever we requested help from the Reception, restaurant/bar and hotel room staff. Thank you for a great stay."

"I really like to stay here. Location is convenient; close to bus stops. You can walk to Queen Street for shopping. Complimentary breakfast is awesome. Room is clean and neat. Bed is very comfortable and clean. I feel safe to stay here. I will definitely come back to stay here. By the way, the staff team is welcome and responsible for their jobs very well. Thank you!!!"
