We were extremely disappointed with our room. It was nothing short of disgusting, the quilts had stains on them with NO covers, just thrown in the cupbaord. The floor was covered in hair, dirt and stains. The shower had hair and mould all over it. The bathroom sink wasnt even wiped down. For 3 people, we were only given 2 towels and 1/2 a roll of toilet paper. I honestly felt so relieved leaving this hotel.

We arrived and then sent an email saying we had to go to a different apartment to pick up keys. Once we got the the apartment had long hair still on tiles in main en-suite. Once we came back from dinner we tuned air con but would not work in bedrooms.
Last was the main bed which was broken as my wife was about to lay down to sleep. All night she was on an angle. Reported when we hand keys back at the different apartments

A childs pants was behind a nightsand, sheets/covers had stains on them. Cheap mattress in the ensuite. Fob readers were in awful positions in the garage. Check out had to remove car from garage and run back upstairs to leave the keys on the kitchen bench. It would be simple if they had a temp parking outside to do so.

Breathtaking view apartment
When you walk in to the apartment you are instantly in awe of the views you get of Brisbane hinterlands, the river and view of the city. Sunset and sunrise were so amazing to watch

Great night views
Great apartment with amazing views. Has a balcony so not suitable for family with kids who are climbers. Booking is a private apartment so need to look out for confirmation email explaining key pickups. Show as being in Southbank, but was actually up the other end in South Brisbane.

Could be great, but it’s not
Tried to communicate with Dan (sent 5 emails - only contact info given) and never heard back on any of my questions starting with where to park the car since he had the wrong space listed on key fob. People at reception helped me out and stated that this happens often with this apartment and they told owner but still has not been changed. Apartment was not very clean and dishes were left in the washer dirty so by the time we opened it the smell was pretty bad. Also no trash liners, no hand towels, no dish towels, and less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper in each bath with no back up. Very uncomfortable sofa and no seating on patio. Cheap and minimal kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, etc. It’s a shame because the apartment is pretty new and in a great location. Owner could make this five stars by spending just a little money and communicating with the guest. I did get emails from Dan but you could tell they were all auto response emails set to send during points of your stay since none addressed my questions. There is also no information book left in the property to tell you anything about the services or local area.

Good location
If you're looking for standard hotel style accommodation, this is not for you.
You need to collect and return your key from the local 7-11 store. And none of the usual hotel conveniences are part of the deal.
The apartment and view were great. Communication via email was also good. Just be aware of what you're getting.

The apartment is in a good location and adequately furnished. However it was not very clean. The kettle did not work and the utensils etc were not clean. Also the key had the apartment number but did not stipulate which floor, so it took a while to figure out which floor you are on.
