I was very concerned about not being able to book in at a reception but Philip and Sveta were on the ball and in contact the whole time. We had a minor issue with our room and Philip came straight over to sort it. Would definitely recommend booking through Brisbane City Apartments.

Great price for week
Great location, comfortable bed, good shower, and quiet room. Great for a week long stay. Didn’t get check in email which was a bit of a stress but communication was good when reached by phone.

There was not even shampoo or conditioner in the apartment. there is no USB charging points - this is basic hotel amenities. The towels had fluff on them that transferred to you when drying yourself, the door to the bathroom is mouldy and water damaged and the whole place smells musty and old. Total Fail. on top of that its loud with construction noise.

While our apartments are located within popular 4-star and 5-star hotel buildings, you should note that they are short-term rental apartments, which offer a different service model. While the rooms and complex facilities you can enjoy are similar, there are nuances that differentiate the two, such as amenities, services and housekeeping. Amazing property, the manger is so nice and attentive! THE BEST LOCATION. Walking distance to everything including public transport. Was very happy with my stay, rooms are clean and spacious.

Comfortable, well maintained Apartment
The check-in was easy, the flat was clean, neat and had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. I can definitely recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

Great apartment and is becoming our regular place to stay when coming to Australia. Enough room to setup for remote work and close to Queen St mall. Philip is very responsive and helpful when and if needed.

It was an excellent 10-day stay. The property owner was friendly and even messaged midway to check in on our stay. Extremely convenient location. Car park was essential - hence appreciate the parking.

Decent 1 bedroom hotel style room more than apartment as no proper kitchenette but had microwave and bar fridge. I didn't need to use the dishes/ cutlery but if I did would have needed to wash them in bathroom sink. Very easy communication with owners and clear instructions. Neat and clean but carpet and towels a little worn so maybe due for replacement. Was fine for single occupant use as mostly just used for sleeping during week of conference and conveniently located in CBD area.

Appartement particulièrement bien situé en ville. Calme, très bon état. Seul petit bémol, manque un peu de couverts (Fourchettes, assiettes, verres...). Nous étions 5 et n'avions que 4 Fourchettes....

Thanks so much for the perfect score. I am sorry to hear about the cutlery issue, but not sure if you are aware that there was more cutlery in the studio room (2 sets) - they are not all in the main kitchen as sometimes the apartments are rented separately.
