I am glad our central location was well-suited for your needs!I understand with longer stays there is a preference for a balcony/window for fresh air. These room options are available on our premier floors. Our friendly team is always happy to assist in making changes or upgrades to your reservation should you request this. However, rest assured that all our rooms have constant air circulation for compliance reasons. Additionally, I am sorry to hear your stove unit was not functioning properly. I have escalated this to our Maintenance team for further investigation. I appreciate you letting us know. In regard to the pool, I am sorry that this was an inconvenience during your stay. Due to recent storm activity, it was necessary to restrict access to ensure the safety of our valued guests. With this said, I understand our team reached out to you during your stay to ensure everything was okay, and assured you we were available should you need further assistance, but never heard back from you. Please take comfort in the knowledge that our team is available 24/7 and prepared to help to the best of our abilities regarding any issues or further requests you might have during your stay.
