"The hotel was very clean, and the kitchen and other facilities were well-equipped and comfortable. They were also very flexible and helpful when we changed our plans.
The only downside was that we could hear the live music from the bar across the street. Next time, I'll try to stay on a higher floor."

Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. "

"An absolute delight to stay at, very easy access, rooms immaculate and quite. Had 2 nights and considered staying another night it was that impressive. Had possibly the best night sleeps in a very long time, that is testament to the bedding. Comfort wise the room was a 11 out 10. It was just a great 2 nights away Thank You to the Intercontinental for making it great!!!"
"The location is great, close to convenience store & city centre. For the room, I love the big comfy bed & very big mirror on the table & adjustable light & cold air-conditioner. However, I hate small annoying sounds in the room that I don't know if it comes from air-conditioner or other things in the room."
