"If you are visiting Sheffield you can’t go wrong with a stay at this hotel. So easy into sheffield( we were at the Arena) lovely and clean and new. Fab staff and service and food was great in restaurant."

"The room was clean, Staff excellent, Bar fully stocked, Wifi good. Room was very small 10foot wide 20foot long, bed very soft, no good for people with back problems. Advertised as B&B cleaner had to get manager in to do breakfast which was basically a bacon sandwich. No breakfast the following day even though it was the chef who let us out of building!"

"The first night was noisy a car came into car park at 2am and was blasting music out and guest or two banging doors and knocking on door
The second night was better. Only a two night stay for an event.
Housekeeping on Saturday did not replace complimentary tea and coffee bin not emptied and beds not straightened up after 1st night.
It's basic no thrills hotel. Also lift out of order."

"The room was fine, not exceptional, for me, as I was only staying for 6 nights. I hadn't booked breakfast as it was only offered on a Sunday, but there is a "Sandwich Stop" attached to the hotel in the car park. "Room was adequate, the heated towel rail was on the other side of the bedroom wall so the bedroom was uncomfortably hot, even at night - but the wife preferred this. The bed was quite firm and a good size. It was difficult to view the TV screen from the settee on the back wall. Tea (Yorkshire) and coffees were plentiful - not so much biscuits. Full English, plus cereals, juice, toast and tea/coffee refills welcome."

"Fantastic communication from the outset. Easily found and right next door to The Mayflower public house so after a long journey there’s no further travelling to do to get an evening meal.
Plenty of parking, very easy check in and an exceptional selection of produce supplied for breakfast next morning.
Good heating system, great bed, powerful shower, all in all with all of the other attentions to detail a great stay, very highly recommended."

"In general the hotel was of a good standard the food was very good at breakfast I feel that it lacked choice and beverages should of been more accessible.
The bedroom was of a very good standard but lacked a blind so that the curtains could be open and still have privacy where as now once the curtains are open there is no privacy and people can look in from the car park. The shower area could do with a shelf for the shampoo and body wash or dispenser."
