"Recently renovated with the landlord special. We paid for a room with two queens but in no universe were those standard spring coil abominations a queen; double at best. Cleanliness wasn't terrible besides a shower that wouldn't drain well (some short curly hairs left on the bathroom floor serve as a possible hint to the cause). Staff were reasonably helpful where needed. Overall verdict: the slightly higher cost to stay elsewhere nearby is quite possibly worth it"

"The Emilyville Inn is a nice, old and cozy inn with modern features. The room was comfortable and had good air conditioning. The bathroom had modern updates and everything worked perfectly. The host was very responsive. The shared facilities included living rooms, a dining room and a well-appointed kitchen. "Check-in was quick and easy. Helpful staff who gave us ideas for dinner. They had free cookies and hot beverages near the front desk. Room was nice. Breakfast was super busy with them running out of hot food quickly but it was refreshed"
