"Great stay as always; it has gone through changes and upgrades over the past few years, since Tony sold up, but remains the same perfect Brighton base and not just for the LBQT community. Crew always friendly, rooms well appointed and no where I would rather be than on the terrace, when the suns shining."

"Enjoyable stay overall. Helpful staff, GREAT location, Lift, Lovley sea view, hair dryer- iron+ board avaliable too. The only down fall was the room as well as the lobby + lift needed a really good clean. The room could be updated a little if you was to be really picky. There is NO car park, you have to find parking along the street which could be a stuggle but we managed to find a spot easily luckily (£20 a day) The bar down below is loud on the weekend at night time but quieter on week days (...

"Shabby Chic kinda. I don’t like to leave negative reviews but there’s a few things that need addressing. The bedding was clean and the towels were fine. Cleaning in the room- generally clean, but the skirting boards were very dirty and around the sockets- easy fix. The hot tap in the room was broken and swivels. 2 chairs in a small room with a large wardrobe is not the best use of space - a wall hanging rail and a narrow waist height consul unit for toiletries and the kettle would be more user...
