Thanks
Very friendly Management , it’s definitely budget but decent room , good location for a one night stop in the area . Nice cooked breakfast . I’d stay again if I needed another one night stop .
Really nice room and great facilities but felt like we were a bit of an inconvenience by the way information at check-in was given. Suggested it would be helpful to check out early...
Excellent. A gem on the edge of Bridlington. well worth the few minutes to Bridlington centre. Great welcome by Shane. The room was very very clean. Very comfortable bed, better then many main stream hotels. Food excellent with a great full English breakfast. Every facility you need or could want for a short stay or holiday. I am very choosy and fully recommend this hotel
Only a short stay so did the trick for us. Staff were very positive and polite. Rooms were ok but not the cleanest- but not terrible.

Pool really good.
Access to the lovely pool and gym really made this a good place to stay. The breakfast was good. The room an okay size for a single. The only downside was the tiniest bathroom I have ever used (including caravans).

1980 hotel thats been neglected
First sight of the hotel made me think its was a bit run down, outside paint work and car park (that was of a good size) needed some TLC. On going in the Hotel was busy, the 2 staff that where there were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fine room was ok for me ( bathroom needed to be made over) i was in room 12 facing the road so if you a light sleeper not the best room as you face the main road.
Martin who was holding the fort was on his own most of the time and did what he could to help guests, he is the chef and the meals that he did where 5 star.
Behind the hotel is a Leisure Club, the pool and jacuzzi was a very nice place to relax at the end of the day.
Faily basic motel type accomodation but ideal for contractors working in area. Food not awaya avaiable in evening but there are other places to eat close by.
Free use of swiming pool in leisure centre on site is a bonus
My daughter and I have just had a lovely weeks holiday at Fern Farms hotel in Carnaby. It is run by Debbie (nothing is too much trouble) and her husband Martin (the chef). Our room was a good size twin, the beds were comfortable and it had tea, coffee making facilities and a large tv. The en suite had a bath with shower over. The food was very good, all home cooked, and the fried eggs were perfect every morning. I recommend this hotel as it is very good value for the money.
Staff very nice. Sticky tables in bar .Room not like on web site, no wardrobe very small
Pool not available at all times
Hotel needs an update.
very nice conservatory
decided not to stay for our second night
Room was absolutely boiling windows only open a tad and room next door seemed to have extreme heat coming out of it, ie Heating boiler and 2 tanks. Wife accidently went into kitchen and as an ex cook she was appalled, fryers uncovered and floor was not clean.
Having said this the staff were very friendly and the Breakfast was adequate.
