Unclean Room and uncooperative staff.
We did not stay due to the condition of the rooms. Upon arrival the entry way and lobby was unswept with what looked like construction dust, in addition to some older dog poop outside. This is a wonderful place to stay while in Syracuse. Room was very nice and bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
