"The room was just in okay condition. It was a windowless room, mostly, but not entirely clean. It had warm water in the shower, but not the sink. The room was seriously in need of a paint job. The staff was courteous, but service was slow and the staff was often nowhere to be found. "

Best money ever spent on a hotel. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with impressive music and food and beverage. Rooms were cleaned to the highest of standards. Muchas gracias! "

"not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD "

"En general el servicio de las personas es muy buena, son muy amables y te colaboran en lo que necesites. La habitación muy limpia, el único pero que vi es que en el baño no había jabón para el lavamanos y tocaba usar el de la ducha que era una tarro que estaba fijo en la pared. Tiene buena ubicación y queda cerca a la plaza principal y a varios restaurantes."

"I booked here Sunday night. Right after dinner I followed my gps to the address. It put me in area of San Nicolas. I drove around for a hour looking for it but couldn’t find it. I reached out to the hotel but they didn’t answer there phone. I asked door people at nearby properties none of them heard of it. I got frustrated drove home. They refuse to refund the money on two rooms. Avoid this place at all costs. I’m not even sure if it exists. They are heartless. That don’t answer...
