"Das Hotel liegt super zentral. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es ist ruhig im Hotel. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber ausreichend. Der Spa Bereich ist klein aber ok. Das Wasser im Pool sehr frisch. Die beschriebenen 28,5 Grad, erreicht es bei weitem nicht. Nachts hat es ständig geknarrst, nach andauernder Recherche, war es die Badtüre, die im Wechsel von Abluft und Klimaanlage bewegt worden ist."

"An exceptional room, stunningly beautiful, well furnished and very comfortable. The host met us on arrival and explained everything. We didn’t want leave . It’s a nice walk to the Centre or there is a bus if preferred. We would have loved to use the bar and restaurant but unfortunately as a mid week stay these were not open"

"My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in May 2026. The location was great, many eating establishments close by. Our room was very quiet the area seemed to be quite safe. We would stay there again if we were ever in Bruges again."

"The room was very comfortable and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, very enjoyable. So many shops and restaurants within a short walk. Convenient walk to and from the train station, allowing for easy day trips to other cities. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"A beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Brugge right on the canal! The staff were so kind and helpful, providing us with a map and explanation of the sights to see and good restaurants outside of the touristy areas. The room was so nice, a big bed and lovely view to the canal and lots of space. The location is very close to the main square while still being quiet, and very walkable! I would 100% go back!"

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't. The breakfast was great, staff very helpful and attentive. Room was by far the largest we had on entire Belgian/Netherlands trip. Highly recommend this property."

"I had a lovely stay there. Staff was not only kind and helpful but friendly, they welcomed me like an old friend. They offered me a map showing their recommended tour route around the city, which covered all the nice places. There's also a pub nereby opened in 1515 or so, where you can enjoy local food and beers. Breakfast was nice also. Overall it was 10/10. I would love to come back and stay there again."
