All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. Frühstück war hervorragend und lecker! Einrichtung ein wenig veraltet. Wir kommen aber dennoch gerne wieder. Preis-Leistung top! "

"We had a wonderful time in Garda that was facilitated by the lovely staff who were all friendly and helpful people. In fact they could not have done more for us! We arrived by public transport. The buses served us well on our a trip. For those using the bus, get off at hotel Caribe which is next to hotel merano. The rooms were very clean, the lake view was perfect, the breakfasts were fresh and delicious with plenty of choice. The local village is Pai which is a 10minute walk along the lake...
