Great ski visit - Perfect Location!

Great place for a ski trip! Ski in, ski out, right on the Breckenridge slope, 4 o’clock run to town. Couldn’t have asked for more in location! Condo was perfect as well.

The stay was a perfect get away! The property made good on any issue we had. The staff is awesome and works quick to meet your needs. Very comfortable stay and the hot tub way excellent. I definitely would stay again.

This spot was a hidden gem. Close to the gondola and town so everything was walkable. The rooms were comfortable and homely. Other than the hot tub being way over colorinated everything was perfect!

Pretty good place, great location to lifts and town! Pretty quiet, except for a dog barking somewhat late at night, but otherwise very good place

Great apartment near the slopes. Short walk to get the ski lift. Skiing back in is even easier a 3 min walk from 4 o clock run

Absolutely beautiful! We had the best time and it was so comfortable. Besides the person spraying off the hot tube at 5 in the morning it was one of best spots we have stayed at. Gorgeous! Definitely will be back

Great Location

Having been built in the 70s, our unit was in need of upgrading the kitchen and bathroom and new carpet. We loved hearing the rushing Sawmill Creek outside our ground level unit. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants.

The property was in a convenient area.

I was happy with the property but not happy with the management company. They did not communicate the code that I would need to enter the property after hours. I was out late 2 out of the three nights and was not able to get into the property because the outside door was locked. I tried calling the after hours number and the person who answered was not helpful and did not have my information and told me he would have someone call me back but this never happened. Luckily, on the first night someone else happened to be going into the property and let us in. On the second night we tried calling the management company but the person answering was clueless and did not help at all and never had someone call us back as he promised. We waited outside for almost 30 minutes before we found someone with the window open and called out for them to give us the code! This was a huge inconvenience and we were very tired and disappointed with the management company!

Expedia description of property did not mention limited parking but free parking included. We had two cars and had to park second cars miles away for a few. Management and HOA need a better partnership and plan when distrubence to client crosses the line. HOA experienced a malfunctioning sprinkler system, which for 3 nights at 1130pm and 530am sounded like a firehose slamming against the back of our condo for 30min each occurrence. Original contact with management mentions they have no control over this as it's an HOA issue. As a client spending $xxxx, management should work to resolve the issue regardless which side of the line it falls on bottom line. Faulting dishwasher - contact management regarding wet kitchen floor, maintenance came and found faulty dishwasher and told would be contact what next to do. We never heard back and had to reach out to management again to ensure they were aware. This experience has left us disappointed with our visit to Breckenridge and especially Breckenridge Resort Management. I have enjoyed visiting Breckenridge over the years from snowboarding, mountain biking, and mountain climbing. Rest and comfort is paramount to our visits and this trip missed that mark by 14,000ft.

Arrived and it was dirty, food on the ground, marks on the walls. Clearly the property is not well cared for and corners were cut when maintaining the property. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the price was decent so I cleaned up what I could and we went about our vacation. Then nightfall happened. We experienced excessive screaming, laughter, fights and cussing, door slamming and adults coming in and out of the hot tub well into the early hours of the morning. There is a sign on the hot tub that says food or beverages aren’t allowed in the area and that the hot tub closes at 10 p.m. There was a full on party going on around the hot tub with all of those rules being broken. No one came to shut the hot tub down at 10 p.m. I called the condo manager when it became very late and my children were struggling to sleep well after midnight, and they said it was not their concern and if I wanted it handled I could call the police. I asked them to call the police on my behalf, as I was from another state, didn’t own the property, would be staying near the partiers for the next several days and didn’t want any trouble. I just wanted my young kids to get some sleep. The manager was rude and refused, essentially mocking me. The next morning I went out to enjoy the hot tub with the kids and the area was trashed. There were alcohol bottles and cans everywhere, paper plates disintegrating in the water, the cover was left off overnight and the hot tub smelled terrible. It wasn’t safe.

It was a mission to show up and there not be a front desk or any staff. Had to call and be told to drive to get my room passcode from a lock box down town. Then after all that trouble the bed was filthy. Covered inside and out with animal hair. Had to find other accommodations. Expedia should not work with this place

Overall, this was a good place to spend a couple of nights. I had the distinct impression the sheets had not been changed (e.g., hair on the sheets and one pillow in moderate quantities), and the toilet ran constantly - additionally, I wish the facility had recycling. Nice creek out back though, and very convenient walk to town.

The condo had a great location, it was only a few steps from downtown and a five minute walk to the ski lift. The bedroom was clean and nice, the living room had plenty of space, a comfy pull out couch, and TV with expanded package cable. The kitchen was updated with new looking appliances. The property had a sauna that was not advertised, which we enjoyed greatly. The hot tub was there but we did not try it. Our heating broke while we were there and the property managers promptly helped us. Overall would book again at the same property!
