"We had an oceanview room looking to the north, so the sunrises were not able to be seen, but it was a nice room on the 24th floor. The staff were wonderful. The amenities wete ok as for in the room. Never enough body wash and shampoo or washcloths. "

"The floor in my room was filthy. I asked them to change rooms and they accommodated me no problem, but the next room was not the cleanest either."

"Room that was offered was second floor looking into the alley…I refused the room and ask for refund was originally denied but a different manager stepped in to resolve It is a resort so they push the resort showing and all the whistles and bells in joining the Hilton resort!!! Not in my lifetime!"

"Great location. Walkable to Main Street for Bike Week. Staff were courteous. Gym is excellent. Enjoyed the daily free hot coffee/tea. "

"Breakfast was terrible, out of food and coffee. Said coffee machine was broken... They said we could check out late with no charge, approved for one hour then charged extra to my credit card on file. Asked for a receipt at checkout, said printer was not working. . building and sidewalks were filthy mold present. Needs a good pressure cleaning. Will not go back ever!!!"
