"This is a spectacular old hotel. Renovations have been carried out and had to work with the existing footprint. It has quirks but I found it clean and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful. The fixtures were period fixtures but well maintained. Good lighting and for the price I have no complaints. "

" Looks can be deceiving but the rooms were lovely and clean. Couple of things missing would have enhanced the experience. No plug in kitchen sick so couldn’t wash dishes. No teabags or milk provided for cuppa also 5 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo. Would have liked instructions on how to use heater/aircon"
