I do like the option of me choosing when to have the room clean by putting out the door tag. The breakfast is always good and the restaurant food for supper is very good with generous portions.

Stayed one night for business. Walkable distance to tram stop. Clean modern room, but a little tight on space. Very good breakfast options. Great coffee options (full automatic machine for my cappuccino habit). Staff was kind and attentive.

The stay was good for this business trip. Breakfast is nice and the food in the N10 was perfect for an excellent dinner. Perfect host in the N10! Room is good, but the hallway to the rooms is freezing in the winter times ^^

Good hotel.

The breakfast in corona-times was pretty basic, and not really worth the price in my opinion. I'd rather have seen an option list to choose what you can get for breakfast or so... For the rest: good hotel.

Das Zimmer war sauber, vor allem das Bett und die Kissen für meine Wünsche optimal. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen, da das Hotel zudem in einer ruhigen Umgebung liegt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das nette Personal, das mir spontan statt Frühstück ein Lunchpaket zubereitet hat. Vielen Dank!

Für einen Kurztrip ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet. Braunschweig City ist auch mit den Öffentlichen gut zu erreichen.

Unscheinbar und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft. Unser Zimmer war für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend. Kleines, aber feines Bad, bequeme Betten, großer TV, Möglichkeiten sich Tee oder Kaffee auf dem Zimmer zu machen vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage (ca. 7-10 Minuten Fußweg) zum Sportbad. Frühstück ist ausreichend und angemessen.

Zimmer war bei der Ankunft kalt 😢 und ein Kühlschrank wäre wünschenswert ( Preis pro Nacht ca. 100 €) Sauna kostet extra? . Und Frühstück kostet 15 €?

Ich wollte am ersten Tag schon wieder weg. Ich bin auf einem Sonntag angereist und in ein Zimmer gekommen in dem die Toilette ziemlich verschmutzt war. Nach Reklamation und Zimmer wechsel war das 2te Zimmer leider auch nicht viel besser. Auch hier Schimmel und Dreck an der Toilette und am Waschbecken und das ganze Zimmer total verbraucht. Auch der Toilettensitz war total verzogen. Das Telefon hat leider auch nur sporadisch funktioniert. Als ich dies alles reklamierte belächelte mich das Personal nur und die Reinigungskraft zickte mich nur an. Am nächsten Tag fragte ich ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt meine Buchung sofort kostenfrei zu stornieren. Das wurde verneint und ich bekam stattdessen ein "Upgrade" auf ein größeres Zimmer. Die größe war mir egal, ich wollte einfach nur ein sauberes Zimmer. Die Toilette war zwar sauber auch der Überlauf vom Waschbecken war wieder extrem schimmelig und die Möbel waren total abgenutzt und verbraucht. Auf Expedia versprach das Hotel eine Dampfsauna und Sauna die nicht mit Aufpreis gekennzeichnet waren. Das war leider der nächste große Reinfall. Eine Dampfsauna existiert nicht und die Sauna kostet 6 euro pro Nutzung. Die Sauna befindet sich direkt neben dem Konferenzraum und ist nur durch eine Verbindungstür getrennt. Daher war es erstmal ziemlich unangenehm mit dem Bademantel an den Herren in Anzügen vorbei zu müssen und im Saunab. konnte man jedes Wort der Konferenz mit anhören. Bis oben hin weiß gefliest mit grellen Industrielampen, 1 Sauna
