No human reception. Terrible check in.

Dont book through a third party website as you need a hotel issued bookijg reference to check in after 6pm as no human manned reception, only a computer on the putside of the building. We booked at 5pm. By 6.15pm we still hadnt got the correct booking reference issued by the hotel and had to call customer services. The email with correct booking code on didnt comw through u til after 11pm. Terrible service!! Also some furniture on the room like the barhroom a inet, had the door broken off it when we arrived. Just looked a mess. Lots of noise from other residents as the floor are wood so all the noises of footsteps and chairs being moved etc bangs through the floors.

The room was not what I booked. The room set up was barebones: no ice bucket or extra blankets. The towels were of the cheapest quality and not enough of them. There was a writing desk but no chair to go with it! Bathroom door required brute force to be shut. The doors in the shower stall do not prevent water from leeking out and flooding the floor outside. While the self check-in was super easy, there was no option to check out and no one at the reception desk. Thus I have no idea if I have been checked out of this hotel.

War für eine Nacht dort und dafür hat alles gepasst. Zimmer war groß, sauber und die Einrichtung modern. 24h self-check-in war einfach und sehr praktisch.

Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, diesmal sogar das WLAN-Passwort bekommen (wenn man über den Automaten am Eingang eincheckt bekommt man keins). Es wurde ein Ventilator bereitgestellt und die Zimmer waren sauber und schön her gerichtet.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang. Die Rezeptionistin ist auf wünsche sofort eingegangen und war sehr bemüht. Sehr gutes Frühstück Buffet. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön. Sehr gerne wieder.

Beim Selbst Checkin am Abend am Automaten hat der von Expedia erhaltene Buchungscode nicht funktioniert und wir mussten per Telefon Kontakt aufnehmen. Es wurde uns höflich geholfen, haben aber ein anderes Zimmer erhalten wie bestellt. Nach einem neuerlichen Anruf wurde auch dies behoben und wir konnten das gebuchte Zimmer beziehen. Dieses hat unsere Erwartungshaltung erfüllt und war dem Preis angemessen und sauber. Kein Highlight, aber OK! Wer eine oder zwei Nächte in dieser Stadt zu tun hat, ist in diesem Hotel angemessen (Preis/Leistung/Sauberkeit) aufgehoben.

Super Hotel, hat mir richtig gut gefallen. Negativ: -hellhörige Zimmertüren -Vorhang geht nicht komplett zu (schlecht an der Straße mit Autoverkehr und Beleuchtung an der Außenfassade -Fitnessgeräte älter, teilweise außer Betrieb. Aber für ein Hotel natürlich spitze und kein Punkt Abzug dafür
