"The unit we had was very clean and I had no complaints. It is definitely a different experience to rent a whole apartment as if I was a new tenant, but it was cool. I was able to access the amenities on the apartment complex and had access to a maintenance team in case something went wrong. The "application" process is a little extra in my opinion but I guess the apartment complexes the Landing companies use certainly have a bit more of a liability requirement since they have tenants and not just all short term guest."
