The staff is AWESOME! We have two items that need to be fixed. One the sheets were so old that they were pilling, which made them uncomfortable. We were at the desk one night asking for more towels when another person staying at the hotel came down asking for new sheets because hers were doing the same. They provided another set, she felt them and said they were also pilling. Sounds like the sheets need to be replaced at this property. Also, you have a lot of stainless steel at the property and it isn’t being cleaned with stainless steel cleaner so it appears dirty when it isn’t (elevator doors, elevator button board, refrigerators, etc. These little changes would go a long way as both times we have stayed the staff is absolutely incredible.

I love staying at Residence Inn whenever I come to Charlotte. I recommend this hotel for all travelers visiting Charlotte. The staff is amazing and the rooms are just like a home away from home. I visit here 2-3 times a month. You will not be disappointed.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. I booked this room for my parents and didn’t get them checked in until late that night. Some of the customer bases going in and out was very questionable, I did not see any security. I suggest more security between the hours of 10 pm and 6 am
