Thirty-some degrees Celsius outside, no AC on “because it’s not summer yet,” zero way to manage temp or air flow in the room and the single window is padlocked shut. Slept 4 hrs and woke up in a sauna with a headache. I was not even offered a room on a lower floor, so I checked out early. In 20 years of travel around the globe I have NEVER left a reservation early. Ever. It’s a chain hotel so staff seem to care little. Bathroom was dirty and breakfast food mediocre. Would never stay there again and would not recommend.

Typical Ibis within 5 min stroll of the Old Town. Comfy rooms, beds and big shower cubicle. Great variety of breakfast, again, typical continental with a small choice of hot, teas/coffees/juices. All staff were smiley and friendly. Perfect hotel for a short stay in Bratislava.

No tenía aire acondicionado según indicaba antes la de la reservación. Al hacer la reclamación e indicaron que por la época no había ese servicio. Tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta escuchando el ruido de los automóviles y trenes.

Cost effective hotel in the city

This property was as described. Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of foods. The staff was friendly and helpful. It's walking distance to the castle and city center. A couple of minor things we noticed: there were only 2 outlets for the entire room and one was used for the TV (not a big deal, but noticeable) and our TV didn't work, but we were only there for one night so didn't ask about it, possibly an easy fix. Other than that, this was a nice, convenient place to stay.

Nice area around the hotel and a good breakfast! However the room had a strange and bad smell. For one night it is good.

This hotel is in the perfect location for a city break in Bratislava. Close to the historic centre and the castle as well as the Danube it really couldn't be more convenient. The room was comfortable, the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The only minor point about the rooms is that they need a piece of nice artwork on the wall to brighten them up! At the right price, this hotel is a bargain for staying in this fantastic city.

Fine dager i Praha.
Nydelig hotell med hyggelige ansatte. Alle smilte og var gjestfrie. Rolig strøk, og samtidig nærhet til sentrum. Bonus med svensktalende resepsjonist som hjalp oss masse.

Lage und Preis Leistung gut.
Das Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen, ca. 10. Min. zu Fuss bis ins Zentrum. Die Zimmer sind ok für einen Kurztrip. Keinen Safe und keinen Kaffeekocher. Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Die Jungs an der Rezeption waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Frische knusprige Brötchen, Zopf, Muesli, Rühreier, Aufschnitt und Käse. Das Personal war dauernd am auffüllen. Kaffee gabs vom Automaten.
