"The hotel was an excellent location however they had recently changed their parking facilities and didn’t tell us. We spent an hour trying to find a parking spot and was told from the hotel the management would be in touch on our complaint they never were. In addition the WiFi didn’t work."

"I took the first train out of Bucharest at 4:41am and arrived in Braşov at 7:15am due to making a three castle tour. Was stressing about my suitcase. I emailed the hotel/Eszter and she was super kind and had some one there so I could drop my bag off and even moved it in my room for once I arrived later in the evening. Once arriving everything was already in my room and the room was perfect! Had an amazing balcony viewing the church. The bed was super comfy and had a medieval feel to it....

"Great location, right across front center square. Walking distance from Black Church. Many restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was really good. My only complain is that they don't clean the rooms. They provide clean towels but they don't clean rooms. I'm not sure if all hotels do that, but I was a little disappointed about that. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. We didn't have a lot of interaction with staff and sometimes it felt like nobody was working there, but it didn't...

"The hotel is conveniently located near a cozy square that holds nighttime events and concerts. It’s very close (5- min walk) to the old historic downtown and many great restaurants and shops. It’s very clean, the folks who work there are kind and helpful. Cannot wait to return"

"Perfect Location! Perfect for a couple or solo travelers like myself. AC was very cold. Big for me, since it's been around 35 degrees C, every day. Convenient to center square, black church and any, and every kind of restaurant, just outside your street gate. Thanks for a great 2 night stay."

"We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, the room was large, and clean, and the hostess was really lovely, and friendly. We extended our stay, because we were so comfortable here. The only negative is that I booked a quadruple room, ,for the first three days, but only had access to the king sized bed, (the other bed area was locked off), and when I booked a Double/twin room for 2 people, for my husband and I, I was charged an extra $62, which I did not notice, in the payment section.
