Warm Greetings! Thank you for selecting us for your spur of the moment vacation. I totally apologize you did not see our "waterpark closed for renovations" posted everywhere we possibly could. We also re-confirm this when booking as an email so that we communicate and not misinform any of our guests. We are slated to open the waterpark shortly and of course the photos are there for future reservations that will be enjoying our newly scheduled waterpark with their room. I personally apologize and please note, we just took over this hotel and we will have a great property very soon. We hope to have a second chance to make a better first impression.

Unfortunately, the truth is that our previous owners did no sort of preventative maintenance or upkeep on the property, and so now with our new owners, there is a lot of things to do in the middle of the season.... We are on track to have the waterpark open by fall, and the entire hotel rebranded under our new owners as the "Branson Waterpark Hotel". I hope you will keep up with us, and perhaps give us another chance in the future to earn your business.

Dear Darla, I apologize for the inconvenience of the waterpark being closed. We try to reach out to all of our reservations before arrival, but unfortunately sometimes we are unable to do so. We allow all our guests who would like to cancel because of the waterpark to do so without penalties. After COVID-19 restrictions, and due to severe understaffing we offer turn down service only upon request.

We do try to contact our reservations via phone or email to inform about the closure, but unfortunately often times we do not receive that information in our system from third parties.
