The room was absolutely disgusting. 2 of the plug-ins didnt work. The room smelled like Dogs and the "Heated Pool" felt like we did the Polar Plunge. It was straight Ice Water. Thankfully, the nice man who was working the desk allowed us to cancel our 3 night stay. We were there for a grand total of an hour... quality Inn used to be our go to place but they have really went down hill. In my opinion id not only avoid this place but run as fast as you can from it....

There was a fingernail on the floor, so makes me wonder if they vacuum the carpet. The indoor pool was closed.

The lights around the building did not come on until late that night which made it unsafe for going upstairs with luggage in the dark. The pictures if tge room on line were light and bright but in reality it was dark brown, very dated 1970s colors. Not what was expected. Although it was clean no dust or anything. Paid more later looked at tge price and was about 75 dollars cheaper than what we paid.

Quality Inn Branson MO.
Overall stay was fair. The free Breakfast was the highlight. Convenient and great options. Room was clean. One of the main reasons for booking the stay at this location was the indoor pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, both were down for repairs. Seems like a common theme. Beds are a bit stiff.

Walter, I hope at check-in you were given the option to cancel your reservation with no penalty because of the pool challenge. I know that having the indoor pool down is a let down, we are trying hard to correct the problem. Sorry.

Some highs balanced out by furnishings & amenities
Staff was incredible. Breakfast hot and fresh every day. Breakfast area was spotless. Conveniently located to just about all major attractions. The room furniture was just worn down and could use replacing. The chairs at our table and chairs in the room should have been tossed years ago, which was unfortunate, because we picked this place in part because it had a large table with chairs, and we planned to play games. Although the breakfast area had tables and chairs, it was in a separate building, which was locked after breakfast. The pool also had table and chairs, but is also in a building by itself, and was closed for maintenance during our entire 5 day stay. I think people should be notified of a pool being closed so you can rebook at another place, if that is important to you. Having been there Thanksgiving week, having access to an indoor pool would have been a priority for some travelers.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was very convenient to all our site seeing spots. Only 5-10 minutes away from everything we went to go see. Had a very tasty breakfast as well. Will stay again. Thank you

When I was taking a shower the shower head fell off. Before bed when I went to check the security lock the whole trim of the door came off because it was screwed into it.

Just okay.
Softest sheets I've ever felt. Mold on the air unit, which also did not cool effectively. Good firm mattress, comfortable. The hot water in the bathroom was unsafely hot, scalding really. For what they have, it seemed they were trying their very best. Breakfast was pleasant and fresh.

We stayed at Quality Inn from Mon. to Wed. am. We were pleased with the room, was so nice and clean, and no concern of anyone coming in while we were there. The rooms were decorated very nicely, a warm feeling. We were a little disappointed that the indoor swimming pool was not available, but we had plenty to see and do in Branson, so definitely didn't make much of a difference in our visit. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable!

No Perks Hotel.
We looked forward to the indoor pool and the hot tub for our stay, but they were unavailable. We were also prevented from enjoying the night air by sitting on the outside patio. These were major disappointments. The very limited maid service was also a surprise. It was too limited.

Bruce, thank you for your review. We are working hard to get the pool back open, the city of Branson is requiring us to change a few things so it will be safer for our guests. That unfortunately also meant we had to close the patio next to the pool. We do offer housekeeping service if you ask for it, that should of been relayed to you at check-in. The person that checked us in was really rude to us because we had a dog. Met us at the door said he couldnt come in. However my dog is a service dog. Then he was rude because he said they didnt know we had a dog..only reason we chose to book there. I will never stay there again. Very disappointed.

Dear Valued Guest, I am sorry for the experience you had with my front desk staff. They should of asked for your certified service dog papers and then they should of checked you in. I will talk to my staff and make sure they are aware of this and that they should ask questions versus assuming anything.

Service is great! The lady in the front office was super friendly and welcoming. The one at breakfast area very nice and kept the breakfast items coming. The rooms weren’t bad but need updating, specially the mattress. For breakfast would be nice to have healthy options like fruit.

Spoke to office 3 times about tv not working, finally fixed last day there, neither phone worked, still not working. Hot tub not working for entire stay, pool area needs maintenance. Hot breakfast was very disappointing. Would not stay here again.

this was our second stay at this hotel. will more than likely stay there again. wish the hot tub was open during our stay but the kiddos LOVED the pool and love that it stays open late as we are not really at the hotel a lot during the day.

Wouldn’t stay here again
Our first night there was ok- bed was not super comfortable and everything was outdated. The next morning we left for a bit and came back and found a vape or some sort of pipe with what smelled like marijuana in our room. Our room smelled like marijuana and our door was very easy to push open (did not latch properly) and when we shared this with the front desk we were only offered some room spray. I definitely would not stay here again- given the reviews I had seen upon booking this wasn’t the stay I was expecting.

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The negative is the AC filter was dirty and the building exterior needs some upgrades.

Great property location good only one issue pool and spa was down and was under construction. Awesome staff and no noise! We are sound sleepers. Thanks again for the wonderful time. Breakfast was very good!!!

We got a suite which was 2 rooms hooked together. Living room one side, bedroom other side. And 2 bathrooms. Perfect!!! Was easily accessible and close to restaurants and other attractions.

Decent for an overnight stay
First room had dog hair on the bed. We were given a new room with no issue. Pool was down for renovation. Place seemed like it could use some updating but was nice enough for the night. Good breakfast selection
